Our free quotes are all no obligation and if you wish to move forward we can send over an Invoice to initiate the start of the work/project.
Although we try to be as precise with our quotes as possible sometimes things can effect the length of the job outside of our control.
Waiting Fee: If we are to wait, without being able to proceed, for example access keys are late or customer is not present there is a waiting fee chargeable at £25 per hour for any time spent unable to complete the job. Please consider this when booking in times.
We hold insurance for our workers and liability of our workers. If you would like more information please contact us.
Although assistance is always welcomed with any project. If any items are lost or damaged or injuries caused by the customer or personal assistants our insurance and liability is not applicable.
We will always provide the required amount of insured and liability covered workers to fulfil the job in hand.
